About M Thompson Chocolates
For some, chocolate is a passion. And for those like Marni Thompson, it's simply a way of life.
Her father founded Rhéo Thompson Candies in picturesque Stratford, Ontario in 1969, and ever since she was a little girl, Marni was surrounded by the craft and culture of chocolate and the world of chocolatiers.
Inspired by the chocolate in her blood and the chocolatier expertise surrounding her, Marni brings her unique combination of heritage and handmade passion to M Thompson Chocolates.
With the help of her husband, Alvin Bolkovic, all their gourmet chocolates are made by hand with traditional techniques like copper kettle cooking, using only fresh, natural ingredients and the highest quality couverture chocolate – chocolate containing a higher percentage of cocoa butter for a more luxurious sheen and a creamier, mellow flavour.
Their passion for time-honoured techniques and using only the finest ingredients make for chocolates and confections that remind us that there's still a place for luxury and elegance in chocolate; for delicacies and delights that can't quite be described. Luckily, they can be shared.

Shipping
We use Canpar ground service. Orders within Ontario will take 2 to 3 business days; orders outside of Ontario will take 3 to 5 business days.
During the warm summer months (May to September) an additional fee will be added to your order for Shipping charges at our discretion to ensure that your chocolate does not melt. The additional charge will be $10.00. Shipping and handling charges are calculated by weight and size of package.
We would like to insure that your package gets to you safely and promptly, so be sure that your shipping information is correct. If you would like to specify a certain date and time for delivery or arrange for pick-up, then please call 647-922-6991 or e-mail us at info@mthompsonchocolates.com to make proper arrangements.
